- Face masks are required by all guests in accordance with authorities directions.

- Use hand sanitizer when you enter the cat lounge and occasionally.
- Eating and drinking will be allowed at cafe areas only.
- If you have symptoms of fever, runny nose or cough or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, reschedule your visit.
- Be gentle with the cats. Please don’t carry or chase cats. If they walk away after you pet them, they are done being petted. Not all cats like being picked up, so please ask the cat lounge attendant first.
- Cats get scared easily! Please no running, jumping, stomping, throwing, or yelling.
- Cats sleep a lot. Please don’t wake the cats, but give them lots of pets for happy dreams.
- Our Cats love Tiktok, Take lots of pictures and videos! But please without flash.
- Cats must stay in the cat lounge. Please watch for cats when you open doors. When your visit is done, please check out with the cat lounge attendant so that they can let you out.
- Cats eat specific food at specific times please check with the cat lounge attendant.
- Picking up cats: Please don’t pick up the cats or bring them to your face. We have many toys you can use and you can use cat blankets so the cats can climb into your lap.
- Children 10 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. There should be an adult per two children.
